Phyllis Tanner

Phyllis Elaine Tanner age 81, of Decatur, died Wednesday, January 7, 2015. Born April 15, 1933 in Uniontown, PA, she was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Tanner, daughter Nancy Banner and son Vernon Tanner, Jr., Parents: William and Loma Rist Lonsinger, sisters Susan Stickle, Anna Torchio, and brothers: Jimmy, Barry and Douglas Lonsinger. Survived by son Ricky Moore and wife Theresa of Newnan, GA. son Roger Tanner of Decatur, GA., and daughter In-law Deborah Tanner of TyTy, GA., Brothers Wilbur Lonsinger and wife Sylvia of Lafayette, Ind., Danny Lonsinger and wife Bobbie of Logansport, Ind., Michael Lonsinger and wife Linda of Salisbury, NC., sister in-law Jean Lonsinger of Ashland, OH, 9 grandchildren, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11 o'clock, Monday, January 12, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home, with Rev. Nolan Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
